Hailing from New Jersey, Coach Tiffany fell in love with the game at the tender age of 8. From the moment she first stepped onto the field, holding a softball felt like home. Her journey began in a travel ball league, where she honed her skills year-round across the tri-state area. Early on, Coach Tiffany discovered her true calling on the pitcher's mound. It quickly became her sanctuary, a place where she could channel her energy and focus on mastering the mental aspects of the game.

In 2006, Coach Tiffany relocated to the beautiful Outer Banks, bringing her love for softball with her. Determined to continue her involvement in the sport, she joined a local co-ed squad and has had the opportunity to work with aspiring softball players as a Rec Softball Coach in Dare County. Her passion lies in applying creative techniques to teach and correct mechanics, understanding that the key to improving a pitcher's accuracy and speed lies in perfecting their form. She firmly believes that practice makes permanent and is dedicated to helping each player achieve their full potential.
